Jonathan Marshall
Jonathan Marshall is the Executive Director of Aetna Health Care and a lifelong feminist changemaker committed to strengthening the global social justice movement.
A seasoned executive and human rights advocate, he brings more than three decades of experience in government, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector, where he has led equity-centered strategy, movement-building, and systems change.
Tony Waddell
Tony Waddell is the Executive and also a Project Coordinator has been working for Aetna Health Care As a proud alumna of the 2016/2017 EDVACAY program, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Sarajevo’s Faculty of Political Sciences and a Joint Master’s Degree in Integration and Governance from Paris Lodron University of Salzburg. Emina is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Ljubljana’s Faculty of Social Sciences.
Steve Nelson
Executive Vice President and President, Aetna®
Steve Nelson is executive vice president and president of Aetna®. He previously served as chief executive officer of UnitedHealthcare, a division of UnitedHealth Group. During his tenure there, he held several leadership roles leading UnitedHealthcare’s Commercial and Government businesses to significant improvements in growth, profitability, employee engagement and culture, and customer satisfaction.
Steve has deep experience leading several managed care and health care delivery companies, and most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of ChenMed, a leading value-based primary care company.
Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Steve held several leadership positions at Henry Ford Health System.
Terry Wilson Lee
Chief Strategy And Business Operations Officer, West Region who lives in Philadelphia, PA. Jay would really like to have the power of mind control so that he could help people focus on love, happiness and peace.
